Shipping schedule
We aim to ship all online orders on the day we receive them. Stock items ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday are usually shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm Friday or Saturday/Sunday will be shipped on the Monday.
Please note that orders are subject to random name and address verification by our bank. Depending on the time it takes to authorise the order, this may occasionally delay the order until the following day.
At shop4memory.com we know the importance of fast delivery and we are committed to making sure that all orders are shipped as soon as possible.

Collection of orders
Customers are also welcome to collect orders from us Monday-Friday between 9am-5.30pm. Please indicate on your order that you wish to collect the order from our premises and we will have it ready for collection.

We have teamed up with DHL to offer an Express Delivery Service throughout Europe and the rest of the world. The delivery charge will be added to your order total, so you do not have to worry about paying DHL - we look after that!
DHL offer an Express Courier service with a typical next-day delivery time. Please log on to www.dhl.ie to check the DHL Express service to your area. Our daily DHL collection time is 15.00 so it is important that your order is placed no later than 14.00 Monday-Friday to ensure we can get it prepared and packed in time for shipping.
As soon as your order has shipped from us you will receive an email from DHL with a tracking number. This allows you to follow the package while in transit to you.
We find DHL Express to be the best courier service available in Europe at present. About 99% of all shipments are delivered the following working day within Europe. Only in very rare cases are packages not delivered according to the transit time table on dhl.ie. We regret that we cannot make any refund of shipping charges where orders are delivered one day later than expected.
The current DHL Express charges are:
