All products purchased from shop4memory.com are supplied with a minimum of 12 months warranty. Should a product become faulty within the warranty period we are happy to have the product replaced or repaired for you. Please read the guidelines below before returning any products to us.
- If you think you have a faulty item please email us with your order number along with complete details on your other hardware (PC make/model, motherboard make/model etc.). You should also describe the problem you are experiencing with the product as clearly as possible.
- If we are satisfied that the product is faulty we will issue an RMA number for returning the item to us. This RMA number must be clearly marked on the package when returning it to us. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned to us within 7 working days from the date we have issued the RMA number. Failure to return an item within 7 days will lead to the cancellation of the RMA number. You must then contact us and request a new RMA number.
- It is your responsibility that return items are properly packaged and insured in transit. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. The cost for returning items to us will not be refunded regarless of the reason for the return.
- We offer a 7 day money back guarantee. You may return an item to us for a full refund provided it is returned to us in original packaging within 7 days of receipt. You must still request an RMA number to avail of a refund.
- Unopened items returned after 7 days may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. A re-stocking fee may also apply to unwanted items that have been opened. No refunds will be made after 30 days from receipt of the order.
- Faulty items will be repaired (where possible) or replaced with a new product. We are not able to offer refunds on faulty products unless within 7 days from receipt.
- We do not guarantee compatibility with any particular system unless clearly stated on our website or via email from one of our sales or technical staff. If you find that an item you have purchased is incompatible with your system you should contact our technical support team. They may be able to recommend a suitable alternative for you at an additional cost.
- If a returned product is confirmed faulty by our technician it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. If the same item is not available we may supply an item of a higher specification at no extra cost for you.
- If we find that a product has been tampared with, altered or otherwise damaged the warranty will be void and the item will be returned to you. A €10,00 test charge + shipping cost will be charged for this.
