DDR RAM for laptops is increasing in popularity and we have decided to expand our range of DDR SO-DIMM.
As a result we have now added a 512Mb PC2100 module from Mitsubishi to our product range. This 512Mb DDR266 module is suitable for laptops using the DDR RAM memory technology. Most new Pentium 4, Celeron and Athlon based laptops use this memory technology.
The module p/n MH64D64AKQH-75 is a 512Mb PC2100 module, double-sided with 16 chips.
